The candidate needs to be experienced in heavy construction and DOT, specifically in highway, pipe, site, wastewater treatment facility, structural concrete, development infrastructure, and utility work.
The successful candidate must be self motivated and work well in an organization that is professional and goal oriented. Candidate must be able to present a professional image to industry peers, department staff and the project owners.
Job Requirements:
· 5-10 years of progressively more responsible construction estimating experience in heavy construction.
· Fully versed in review of specs/plans, take-offs, determining scope of work and preparation of cost estimates
· Able to communicate to all parties in a professional manor both verbally and written.
· B.S. Civil, other related degrees or equivalent work experience.
· Bilingual
